-Easy and Hell difficulties added

-Adjusted texture of level 8's floors

-Added the birthday character model easter egg on the actual proper release date of the game instead of Spidarian's birthday

-Every level of Normal beyond level 10 is included

Accidentally released v1 with one MAJOR issue, the entire Tutorial was missing, my bad, fixed here, but small enough of a change where it won't warrant a major update reveal
